From the moment you start to enter the Gardens you have the feeling of WOW.  The streets are immaculate lined with palm trees and seasonal flowers and lawns well manicured and landscaped.  Streets are wide and everyone shows an extreme sense of pride in where they live.  The residents are from all over up north, some as far as Canada and extremely welcoming and friendly.  From the time we entered the Gardens we felt like we were on vacation and over two years later we still feel that way.

One of the things we especially like is how safe we feel here, if you are single this would definitely be a spot for you to investigate.

The Gardens is located close to airports, shopping, dining, cultural, medical facilities and of course the beautiful  Gulf coast of Florida.  Community amenities include a resort style clubhouse, Olympic sized heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, library, video library, exercise rooms and classes, bingo, cards, games, dances, dinners, and much more. You can be as busy or not as you prefer.

OUR HOME

Our home is located on a private perimeter lot which backs to a preserve area where we can enjoy and  view  some of the wild life of Florida.  We have seen eagles, hawks, deer and various birds from our  over sized lanai (16’ x 13’). Our lanai is completely enclosed with acrylic windows  and with central air and heat.  This would add 208 sq. ft. to the living space of our home.  This really is a 4 season room and we use it everyday.

Our home  has a very open floor plan which is spacious and well designed.  Two large spacious bedrooms, two full baths and a separate den for  a total of 1653 sq. ft. not including the 16’ X 13’ lanai.

Kitchen has plenty of cabinets and an island with eating bar.  Sliders from the dining room enter the  fully carpeted lanai with our magnificent views.
